Welcome to the Friend Family Health Center, Inc. (FFHC), a non-profit organization proudly serving the Southeast and Southwest sides of Chicago, IL. FFHC is a family of five neighborhood clinics that provide high quality, comprehensive and affordable medical care.  

FFHC accepts Medicaid, Medicare, Illinois Healthy Women and most insurances and offers a reduced sliding fee based on a person's income and family size.

• Referral Coordinators
• Telephone Nurse Triage
• Nutrition Services

We also have a Women, Infant, and Children's Nutritional Program (WIC) office at the 55th and Cottage Grove location.
